Kate Riney started honing her craft at an early age, working exclusively in the fashion industry in exploration of her future career path. Spending a semester in London studying fashion design and photography, she interned at the infamous Liberty’s Department store as a visual merchandiser. Upon returning home to St. Louis, MO., she graduated with a degree in fashion merchandising and graphic design.
After moving to California in 2003, she has worked her way up the coast as a visual merchandiser for Nordstrom and then Arden B. corporate, styling windows and interiors, setting merchandising standards, and opening new stores across the country. But is was freelancing on the weekends for a fashion magazine that she found her true passion and calling in life. She realized it was time to explore new ventures and started a new life is Los Angeles, CA where she is currently a full time freelance Wardrobe Stylist working in both advertising and commercials. Some of her clients include Mercedes Benz, Chase Bank, Mondavi Wines, Kohler and Mary Kay.
